What are the box office hours?Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 5PM. On performance days, our box office will open one hour prior to the performance start time and will close thirty minutes into the performance.

Can I buy tickets at the door on the day of the event?Yes! Tickets are available to purchase in person at the box office on the day of the performance. We open one hour prior to the performance time on event days.

If I cannot attend my event, can I get a refund or exchange?"Single event purchases are final, nonrefundable, and nonexchangeable.

What should I do if I have misplaced my tickets?If you lose or misplace your tickets, please call our box office before your performance date at (909) 885-8263 and we will be happy to provide replacements. Replacement tickets must be picked up at the box office, they will not be mailed to you.

Does my child need a ticket?Yes, everyone entering the venue must have a ticket, regardless of age. *Infants 24 month or younger are not encouraged.*

Do you offer any group discounts?We do offer discounts for groups. Please call (909) 885-8263 and we will help you get the best seats and prices for your group.

Are there devices for the hard of hearing?The California Theatre offers devices to assist the hearing impaired. Hearing enhancers are available in the lobby. Ask a member of our staff in the lobby for Mark Benjamin or Ann Marie Fowler for assistance. An ID must be left with staff to use the device.

Is the theatre wheelchair accessible?Yes! The California Theatre is a wheelchair accessible venue. Please call in advance for wheelchair seating, as seating is limited and offered to patrons on a first come, first serve basis. If you have special seating needs, please call (909) 885-8263, rather than ordering online.

What time should I arrive at the Theatre?The California Theatre lobby will open one-hour prior to performance time. You are welcome to spend some time enjoying a snack or beverage in The Will Rodgers Room. If you need to pick up your tickets at will-call, you are welcome to stop by up to an hour prior to performance time to avoid longer lines closer to show time.

What should I wear to the Theatre?Although we do not have an official dress code; The California Theatre does encourage comfortable, smart casual wear.

Where can I park?There is a parking structure directly across from the theatre where you are able to park free of charge. There is also limited parking available behind the theatre. *Please note tow away parking restrictions.*

Are there elevators in the theatre?Yes! There is an elevator up to the balcony level. *Please note that there are steps located in the balcony that you will need to use in order to get to your assigned seat.*

Can I bring outside food or beverages?The California Theatre does not allow outside food or beverages to be brought into the venue.

Are there concessions available at the theatre?Yes! If you are interested in an alcoholic beverage, The Will Rodgers Room is open one hour prior to the show and at intermission. The walls are decorated in memorabilia featuring previous events that have taken place at this historic landmark. We also have two smaller refreshment stands, located in the lobby where you may purchase a beverage or snack.

Do you have an ATM?Yes! We have an ATM located in our lobby.

Can I take photographs or record the show?No, We want you to be able to re-live the epic experiences you have at our venue, however camera equipment can get in the way of your fellow patron’s enjoyment. To respect all of our guest’s experiences, photography or videography of any kind will not be permitted inside of the California Theatre.

Is there a lost and found at the theatre?Yes. If you misplace an item at the theatre, feel free to call (909) 885-8263 and inquire if it has been found.
